HOW WE WORK
COVID-19 AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IN STORE
We are operating a strict policy in-store with regards to social distancing. We want to keep our staff and clients safe! We have Anti bacterial by the front doors for you to use and all machines, intercom and door handles are regularly cleaned and sterilized.
When coming to the store, please make sure you have a mask with you. Press on the intercom to speak to a staff member and we can then open the door for you to come in. If there are 2 clients on store, you may be asked to wait or come back.
PLEASE NOTE we are now operating a Minimum Charge which will include a certain number of copies. This is £10 plus vat ( £12). If you want to discuss your requirements before coming to see us please call 020 8209 2090.
PLACING YOUR PRINT ORDER
Call 020 8209 2090 to discuss your requirements. Then either email us at design@theprintteamgg.com or pop in with your files on a USB.
We can then check the files are correct before we proceed with the proofs and final quotes.
PROOFING
Once the order is placed and paid for we can proceed to produce a set of printed proofs. These will be, where possible, on the same or similar stock to the order and will need to be checked and approved before we proceed to print. We pride ourselves on our stringent proofing and set-up processes. We do not proceed to print unless a pdf or printed proofs have been approved. This ensures you are happy and have seen what we are producing for you.
PRINTING AND FINISHING SERVICES
We offer a wide range of finishes, so please discuss any requirements with us when placing your order. Non standard finishes can include Foiling, Varnishing, Digital Embossing, Duplex Mounting, Laminating, Die cutting, Creasing, Perforating, Binding and much more. Many of these finishes will be at an additional cost.
